Owner and founder
Bob Prince has been a Senior Project Manager since 1993. He is a proactive, team oriented, leader that combines vision, organization and communication to achieve business objectives. Strengths include commercial analysis, project planning and operational execution.
Throughout his 30 year IT career he gained broad experience with both domestic and large international companies in roles as Project / Program Manager, IT Manager and Management Consultant and achieved successes with:

MANAGEMENT OFFICE
Project Management Offices (PMOs) add value by providing, with the utilization of project management software, an objective overview of the company project portfolio. Additionally, it can identify resource capacity, demand and utilization, and determine what impact new projects will have on the portfolio. PMOs come in many different flavors depending on their span of authority and the domain of projects under their purview but they generally fall into three different styles or roles: The Librarian, the Advisor, and the Partner.
The Librarian
This type of PMO is used for documentation purposes only and normally consists of one or two junior project managers. This PMO is to document, observe, and report and they are rarely given any authority on the projects and often exist to ensure that the company is following Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
The Advisor
This type of PMO is generally made up of one to three people and often includes consultants. They are responsible for creating an overall methodology for project management and standardized templates for project use. The PMO will approve project plans and ensure that the methodology is followed.
